Family facilities and rooms
Hyatt's opening release describes 500 rooms and suites with garden, pool or oceanfront views; only select suites have swim-out access. The release also identifies a waterpark for families. Ask for the room category's exact view and configuration when booking, particularly for a multigenerational group.
Dreams and neighboring Secrets are distinct resorts with different audiences. Do not assume a Dreams booking includes unrestricted access to the adults-only property's facilities. Ask Hyatt about current age, day-pass and shared-facility rules if your party is split across the two.
Travel to Miches
Arrange a transfer to the Miches property rather than simply requesting a Punta Cana hotel transfer. Confirm the pickup point, travel time and price with a provider for your travel date; road and weather conditions can affect the journey.
The resort may suit families who want time on Playa Esmeralda as well as resort facilities. Verify the latest waterpark hours, childcare policies, dining reservations and any paid add-ons directly with Hyatt before committing. We do not publish an unverified nightly price.
